It is worth taking chances in life. I received my boots within a reasonable time. They were exactly as described. Wonderful quality, wonderful feel and comfort, and wonderful service. If I allowed the negative comments to deter me from buying these shoes, I would have missed out on something great.

It took two months to receive the shoes, there was communication, however I kept getting the “run-a-round” until I asked eBay to step in. After eBay stepped in I got the shoes within 2 weeks. When the shoes finally arrived, the quality was poor and looks nothing like the photo. I don’t even feel like dealing with the hassle of returning them.
