The sellers were LOVELY. They went out of their way to ship accommodate overnight shipping. Because of the lack of flexibility of eBay to allow for alternate shipping options, eBay did not pay them the shipping fee. To add insult to injury, the USPS did not deliver the book overnight. It took 5 days. When the sellers learned of this, they asked USPS to refund the overnight shipping charges, and refunded those to me. Incredibly customer focused and would definitely buy from this seller again
