    Outstanding product. Easy to install.

    Easy to install for someone with basic skills. Everything needed is included. Very nice looking. Seems to be built of all quality materials. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is really a personal preference: one of the highlights of this product is that it uses up to 50% less water. Which is a good thing and one of the reasons I purchased it. But there is a downside to this. It takes longer to rinse shampoo and conditioner from your hair. Otherwise it is a an outstanding product. Very happy with the purchase. One additional note: This item costs upwards of $450 on other sights. So the price here on eBay was the best.

    Great style and quality. Very Poor performance

    Does not have option to change from head spray to hand held sprayer. Water comes out as very fine mist. Makes washing off shampoo and soap very difficult and takes more time to shower. Water pressure is very low and although that is an eco setting its not very functional as shower head.
