I received the make-up and it was new and matched our existing tube. My wife has been using this same make-up and shade for years. She tried it twice, but has chosen not to use it since she finds the skin matching ability not to react correctly. The make-up appears white when first dispensed which is normal, but when applied to skin it's supposed to closely match your skin tone, this purchase remains overly white. Considering the low cost we decided it was not worth returning.
