Terrible packing job, complete with styrofoam peanuts -- my request that each cannon be wrapped in bubble wrap so that they did not rub against one another was completely ignored -- no bubble wrap and no wrapping of any sort -- just all items thrown into a box with styrofoam peanuts -- 5 of the cannons arrived damaged -- maybe Seller didn't make a lot on this auction but for $17.85 in shipping I expected a better packing job. No apologies by this Seller let alone an offer to make amends.

I DID apologize and offered the following in this email:
"Sorry that it didn’t make it through the shipping do well. Please send photos of the other damaged cannon and I will consider a refund. Again, very sorry, I know how you feel as I am model ship collector and have been on the receiving end of some horrible experiences."
The buyer replied that he could not provide photos of damage he was claiming.

Seller charges $17.85 for shipping yet takes a shortcut and just dumps all cannons into a box and sends them off to me -- which was plenty big enough, by the way -- the cannons just needed to be protected from bouncing around in this box and from rubbing against each other -- so, half of them arrive broken -- Seller says I will consider a refund but does not deliver a refund -- Seller's "apology" is only that his packaging shortcut backfired on him. I sent Seller enough photos to prove damage.
