When I spoke with the seller I was told to work with the mail carrier for resolution. That option did not work out. The seller offered no solution to the issue. The reason the item was refused return is that the items was double wrapped, first in a tin with padding and then in the outer box with padding, and neither was damaged at all. In this case, it appears that the claim did not support the evidence. I was told eBay would file a fraudulent claim against the buyer if it were returned.
