I had two issues with my purchase. To meet eBay's guaranteed shipping window, the seller marked it as "shipped" prematurely without a tracking number. When the tracking number was added, it showed the item shipped several days late. The item was listed as "NEW". When it arrived the box was sealed with packaging tape and included a sticker on the front of the box stating it was a refurbished item. The item worked fine and looked good, but it was misleading. The seller declined to remedy this.

Value priced Ford Filters.
Great buy. The dealer and the parts companies charge $100 plus for these filters. If you take it in it is $350 parts and labor to have it installed for a 10 minute job..That is how long it takes me and I have to crawl under in my car port because I don't have a lift. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Genuine Motorcraft.
Sometimes, some after market car parts fit correctly. I prefer to pay a little more for genuine Motorcraft parts for my Ford vehicles because I know they'll fit the first time, and that they'll be OEM spec.
