Arrived 3 days earlier than expected! The ballast was exactly as described and pictured. Popped the old ballast out and wired/screwed in the new one, flipped the switch and there was light! The wires were more than long enough for any possible fixture or application. The ballast was very well packed, but not hard to open. Great customer experience overall.
