The part was as described. The shipment was fast and came on time. The packaging looked like it was cut open on the side and I was not sure if all the contents were in the box, the opened spot was that large. Poor shipping! Arrived a week later than the delivery date. Communications seemed like a BOT instead of someone who wanted to solve an issue with their shipping department. Box was poorly taped also. The Bolt and washer that is pictured was not with it either. Hopefully this helps you with your next customer.
