I had to return the item and the seller was extremely cooperative. Seller has excellent communication and responded immediately and completely to my inquiries about the item before and after the sale. Avoid this seller. Refused to ship item. After asking to resend via USPS, Seller said : "our logistics provider told us that if we resent it, it will still be returned due to size." The item is light, made of plastic, is less than 18" and almost flat at 3 inches. Eventually the seller listed the same item for 2x the price and then took it down. Poor communication. Eventually refunded full price. More hassel than they're worth.

Shipping was timely. However the USPS failed and never delivered the item to me. It was delivered to a box two streets away (per USPS) and was never recovered and delivered to the correct address. No comments on item description.
