    Updated my 2013 E350 Coupe from 2012 maps (v12) to the latest 2018 maps (v18). The full update took 77 minutes. Update was successful. Product was delivered with a Mercedes logo USB key which is quite nice. Highly recommended.

    Perfect Mercedes map update

    This update for a 2011 E350 arrived in less than a week and it had to go through customs. It loaded perfectly in under 75 minutes. It is the 2018 version of maps and finds all the streets I could not locate with my 2011 version. The installation is easy. Wish I had done this much sooner.

    So easy to install

    I hate my Mercedes dealer and refuse to pay their ripoff labor price to update the Nav software. Received software in the form of a USB thumb drive quickly and install PIN emailed the next day. Car recognized software immediately. It took about an hour and it went flawlessly.
