I got home and on the 4th day I had my dryer apart and asked for the item to be shipped and he did just that…I twisted the broken element back together and used the dryer for the 3 days it only took to arrive.       Exact fit ! Plug & Play (after dryer was disassembled) Works perfect. Chose this whole unit replacement while I had the machine taken apart so as not to hope remaining old parts would not decide to quit working also. Highly recommend this !

      Perfect OEM fit. Heating element appears quality. Heat sensors may be questionsble.

      In a nutshell, the product arrived in OK condition. Packaging resulted in sensor prongs bent. No problem to straighten. However, after installation, the drying element was tested and worked fine for about 5 minutes before dryer shut down. I removed the assembly and tested continuity of the heating element. It checked good. I replaced the sensors on the new assembly with the sensors from the old assembly and reinstalled. It has worked fine since. Not sure if a heat sensor got damaged in transit or if defective unit. Regardless, dryer is working as it should so far.

      arrived quickly easy to reinstall nd works great at a least hundrene dollars cheaper thatn sears

      like I said was at least a hundred dollars cheaper than buying from sears and most other appliance repair part places use them no problem what so ever

      Heating Element Replacement

      Buying the whole assembly was great! It took less than 5 minutes to install the product. It took longer to put front part of washer back together than the actual part. Once all together tested part and is working great!!

      A good aftermarket part, needs a little work. Read review.

      This heater element has been working just fine in our dryer. Easy to install, and the price is right. One comment I will make, and it is an important one: The supplied wiring has very marginal female spade connectors installed; they do not make a solid connection to the lugs on the thermal cutout switches, or the element. This, if left as-is, will almost certainly result in a premature failure. Before installing this heater, use a a pair of pliers to gently compress the "spring" part, so that it fits tightly on the lug when installed. Take a good look at one, install and remove it once or twice; you'll see what I'm talking about.
