I had to return the item and the seller was extremely cooperative. Seller has excellent communication and responded immediately and completely to my inquiries about the item before and after the sale. Item was shipped immediately after I bought it and arrived ahead of schedule undamaged. Packing was excellent. Item was exactly as described. This seller can be trusted and I highly recommend them. Avoid this seller. Refused to ship item. After asking to resend via USPS, Seller said : "our logistics provider told us that if we resent it, it will still be returned due to size." The item is light, made of plastic, is less than 18" and almost flat at 3 inches. Eventually the seller listed the same item for 2x the price and then took it down. Poor communication. Eventually refunded full price. More hassel than they're worth.
