    my favorite multi yet

I have owned every brand of muti pedal from Delta, Boss, Zoom, to line 6 and I love Digitech for it's ease of use and high quality effects. Over the years Digitech has made great improvements especially with their distortion tones and signal to noise ratio in general. With the 360XP they've added a lot of useful 'transparent' overdrives, several versions of tube screamers that sound really convincing and some new tasty fuzz tones. Reverbs are lush and clean, lots of variety for the delays, amp simulators are best I've heard yet. I prefer to dial the effects way back from factory settings, so the computer editing interface makes things really easy. Durable metal build. The only things i found to be a little disappointing are the noise gate, it works okay but it seems touchy. The loop time ...

  • Great sounds, EXCELLENT REVERBS!!

The RP360 punches way above its class. Yes, more expensive multi-fx have more features and flexibility; but this has some serious strengths. First of all, the reverbs are best-in-class, and much nicer than reverbs you find in Line 6 and Boss/Roland products, hands down. The reverbs aren't super tweakable, though. I don't use delays much, but the general consensus is that they are also best in class. The other mod effects are excellent, as well. The tremolos all sound like the real deal (way better than Helix/HX Stomp). The amps and cabs give you a wide variety of tones to choose from. My only complaints: the amps seem to do some peak limiting, so you can't get that big dynamic thing you get from Fender amps; many of the effects lack a wet/dry mix or separate levels for direct and effect ...

  • More than I expected!

I am a 40+ year pro guitar player. I've been the gamut of costly single and multi effects pedals. Now that the didgital realm has matured, I'm okay with amp and effect models. I remember Digitech years back. Their reputation for time based effects is legendary just under Eventide. I ordered this RP360 XP unit after a deep search for the end all multi effects pedal (for me) so that I can get out of the super boutique individual pedal nonsense and also to get ease of configuration for live and even more importantly, in the studio, where I am now most of the time. I knew I did something right when I found myself recording with this unit instead of using my Line6 models in my DAW more and more. The graphic interface is really good. Not perfect but really functional as it aught to be. Bottom ...

  • Great options for less

Digitech once again delivers with this pedal; even though it’s fairly dated still keeps up with the modern types on the market, is easier to use and the sounds are just as good

  • Really nice multi-effect pedal

I have found that a multi-effect pedal is a great alternative to a modeling guitar amplifier, as you can have a very large number of effects pre-arranged and easily selectable, along with discrete "stomp-box" options available. In that space the RP360 and 360XP are very easy to use and powerful, I recommend it highly.
