The books were pretty flattened but they were bagged and seemed to be new and appearance. The shipping and packaging got the job done. cardboard was placed above and below the books, and put into a plastic mail bag. This allowed my mail carrier to jammed it into the mailbox because they could flex it. Would have been better shipped in a box, even a small box. Although nothing's guaranteed. Everything else: great seller!!!

One of the the battery spring got messed up but I got someone to fix it for me or I could just get replaced.
