Buyer purchased an A4 sized diary. When they received this diary, we received a message stating it was huge and had been put in the bin. Buyer was messaged back straight away offering a smaller diary if they wanted. Never received a response, then buyer left above feedback. Crazy interaction, business-damaging feedback left full of lies. Avoid at all costs
