    Semi satisfied.

    It is for my elderly mother and she has a hard time answering the handset. She prefers the handset but features are way smaller than the desk top phone.

    Good Security and Safety Blanket with long distance saving capabilities

The big deal is the quantity of digits that can be stored. She uses 1010710 to reach an inexpensive carrier then adds 1xxx xxx xxxx, or a number in Europe.

    TOO COMPLICATED FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

    IT WAS TOO COMPLICATED TO LEARN HOW TO PROGRAM AND SAVE NUMBERS. I COULD NOT FIND THE CALLER ID LOG...I WOULD NOT HAVE RETURNED IT...BUT RINGER VOLUME WAS EXTREMELY LOUD AND NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOWERING IT.
