The description for this clock states, “clock has been well maintained and ready for its new owner”. sent the vendor a question asking if the clock is running. Vendor responded , yes the clock is working. received the clock and carefully wound the winder stem, and the clock does not work, no ticking. I sent vendor a message about this issue, no response. Clock was packaged well so no damage in shipping. I do not purchase clocks that are not working; too costly to repair.
