The description of the ring said over and over it was a solid 14kt gold ring. I had it tested twice and it is gold-tone plated silver. I contact the seller numerous times for a solution and the seller expected me to pay return shipping for an item that is not what they listed. SHADY SELLER. AVOID. Useless customer service.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.This seller has been messaging me daily offering a partial refund for me to remove my negative feedback.
