I was sent the wrong part.
This damaged one of the gears in my Polaris.
They sent me the right one after but they never sent me the gear replacement as they said they would. I have been messaging them for several weeks without response. Very responsive initially then they disappeared. Now I’m left to find a new gear for my Polaris.
