Nous sommes navrés que vous ne soyez pas pleinement satisfait de votre commande. comme discuté ensemble, je suis désolé que la boîte de votre produit ait été endommagée. malheureusement le produit a été ouvert malgré le dégât apparent avant ouverture, nous ne pouvons donc pas le reprendre. Le jeu reste cependant complètement jouable, seule la boîte a été légèrement abimée.
