Sold top as NWT but it came in a resealed plastic bag (that wouldn't completely seal because the tape was dirty), no tags, two food stains on it, and a crease across the front waist from someone sitting in it for a while. Seller refunded but basically called me a liar, even though I sent pics, and claimed it was new and sealed from the manufacturer. Either the seller got ripped off on "new" merchandise and doesn't check items before shipping, or the seller is misreprenting items.
