Only issue was shipment with UPS. Apparently tracking didn’t move past the shipping date. Waited to give it the benefit of the doubt and nearly a week later I filed a lost package claim with UPS. UPS did a fantastic job locating the package well within 24 hrs and shipped it out NDA. Hats off to UPS.
