The console was packaged with unbelievable care. Steps were taken to preserve every component and controller in shipping. Seller was responsive and provided information throughout the shipping process. The console came in incredible condition, and played all of my gaming catalogue with no problems. There were some superficial scratches on the console, but they were small and were will within the description of the seller. Overall, the price was exceptional for a high quality product.
