Does the job but confusing to use
This product is designed to repair many different models/vintages of faucets. It contains all parts needed to repair all varieties so only about half the items are used for any one repair job. The directions aren't that clear and it's difficult to know the exact model/vintage of faucet being repaired. Some of the parts are rather similar to each other so matching-up with old parts is maybe the best approach. The old parts can be very distorted, worn or even missing so matching-up isn't easy either. That said, I was able to rebuild my faucet and it works properly.This product is designed to repair many different models/vintages of faucets. The directions were bad. The kit had different parts than my “original” faucet, and it still dropped after installation. For a universall kit this thing is awesome. I used on a outside wall hydrant and it was litteraly plug and play. All bushings washers orings etc fit well and sealed up tight. Im buying more for inventory.
