Seller shipped an old coin set in a hard plastic case (the clear kind that are known to crack) in only an envelope - so the case was all broken when it arrived.
I was severely sick when it came so unboxing/reaching out took awhile. When I did all they said was “Nothing I can do it is over 60 days old”.
That was literally the entire message.
No sympathy, empathy, apologies…nothing at all!!!!
Also, I paid $8.40 shipping! That should’ve covered a small box!!!
