This was the absolute worst transaction I have ever experienced on eBay. Shipping costs were high, but the rims were inexpensive for what they were, so it was a fair deal. Seller marked the package as shipped, but he actually never shipped anything. He finally canceled the transaction, but it took almost two weeks to get my refund. Stay away from this guy. He's nuts, and you won't get your items.
