The item was as described but it was packed poorly. Looked like placed in box and some of the large bobble wrap placed on top and some not that was not filled around the sides. Box was dropped. Box was dropped when delivered and small piece chipped out. Nothing that affected it working. For the price I paid for shipping should have been better packed. I did contact him sent pick of piece that broke. He said he was sorry that he thought had packed it well enough.

Item was a large heavy duty outdoor speaker packed in bubble wrap. Buyer claimed piece was broken off but buyer refused to provide picture of where the piece that broke off after several requests. Buyer stated unit worked fine. The cost of shipping was $25 which was well below the actual shipping price.
