  • The Complete Scoundrel 3.5 ed D&D

The Complete Scoundrel has some handy and slick things for your want-to-be shady superstars. This is not a must have book to enjoy 3.0/3.5 D&D. The Complete Scoundrel does have a useful list of new prestige classes. Included are an assortment of feats for all classes and tricks, a skill option. Shiny new equipment and some new spells are also listed in the book. At the back of the book are some campaign ideas. The prestige classes are a mix of that most characters classes can use. The feats are flashy and can be very handy. Tricks are explained and you are given a good list to start with. The prestige classes, feats and tricks are all meant to add a cinematic air to the game. I have not used tricks yet in my campaign. Most of the spells listed here can be found elsewhere, as can ...

The book has writing on the inside cover, slightly loose cover, and a significant hole in the bottom-left corner of the front cover. That said, the damage to the corner of the front cover is visible in the photo, but "like new" is not entirely accurate.

  • Good in some places, silly in others

This book is good for a few new feats for your rogue. It also introduces skill tricks, which are a great way to break the whole campaign. They're sort of like "sub-feats" that you can buy for 2 skill points. I don't know if I'll let this into my campaign or not. Also, the book introduces luck feats, which you can use to modify dice rolls (A LOT in some cases). If you have a way to look at this book before you buy it, I recommend you do so.

  • Dungeons and Dragons 3.5

This book is a great addition to your 3.5 gaming library. It includes new rules, feats, spells, everything all the other "complete" books contain and adds skill tricks and luck. If you enjoy too many rules and complex ideas, here it is, just like everything else D&D.
