These lights arrived just as described by description. I gave 3 stars on shipping because the package arrived later than advertised. I did look and these were not mailed from Michagan, and there was snow in Mi. Although the seller did not state it or give communications about the delay in arriving, I am assuming bad weather caused the delay. But now that they arrived, I am happy with the purchase and they work great.
