The item was described and I am very pleased that its working. Just some feedback to the seller here: Unfortunately, the item did suffered some damage during shipping due to VERY poor packaging. I also received no response after asking a questions through private messages which was a concern but its all good now.

Devices arrived as explained in the eBay listing, but the packaging was some of the worst I have seen. A single thin wrap of bubble wrap was used to hold 50 lb worth of network switches in a taped up flat rate delivery box. Fortunately, everything arrived without damage but better packaging should be something that seller needs to implement for future orders. Items also took a long time to be picked up by carrier

Good product, Fast S&H, but... The item in picture (BBS390A), obviously, is NOT the item in title and shipped (BBS190A), so it can't be used as reference since it does NOT fully match on the back, I was expecting to upgrade with an expansion card but the chassis does NOT allow it.
