I Messaged seller numerous times and was assured I was receiving 2 full windows even though he only showcased 1 window in pictures after receiving package the window shown was as it was described but the other was cracked in multiple places, seller never mentioned that at all and I find it coincidental that he sells hundreds of items that you can return if needed but this one item he doesn’t allow returns that was the red flag but reading his five star reviews I thought I could trust seller.

He did message me many times, I answered all questions and sent pics of the other piece that clearly showed no cracks. I still accepted his offer of less than half of what other sellers are asking for these. I try hard to pack stuff to prevent damage but sometimes a wooden crate won't help with some of these freight workers. The first message I got was very viscous calling me terrible names. Had he just said one got cracked I would have made it right with him but not after his inhumane response.
