    This Omron is a good, basic pedometer. It records total steps, distance and moderate activity steps & time. I have found it to be very accurate and easy to use.

    Too bad this is discontinued

    This simple device counts steps ACCURATELY, making note of how many were at a "moderate pace"; counts calories burned; and tracks miles (or km, if you wish) walked. Good strong clip keeps it fastened to wasteband or belt. My first one lasted five years before it fell off and cracked; the second one is now working perfectly.

    Omron GoSmart Hip Pedometer HJ-151

    Absolutely great! The VA Healthcare System gave me a free one which lasted 24 hours, very tiny controls, & cheaply made; another one I bought was very troublesome; kept resetting itself arbitrarily. This OMRON is magnificent. Easy to use. Has strong clip to clip unto pocket or waist-band; keeps accurate count; resets itself after midnight every day & was just under $20.00 on eBay. A great buy! DON'T PAY MORE for this same pedometer. Some sellers on amazon are asking for $60 for it! I am very happy with its performance, ease of use & price!!!

    Another Omron Ped HJ-151
