I bought 2 cards from seller at the same time. He charged me double for shipping. I contacted him & he said he refunded me. I let him I never received a refund. Where's the money. Where's the proof. He finally sent me a screen shot of what appeared to be a refund. The name of the buyer on the refund was someone else. When I told the seller this , he never replied again. I even warned him about not resolving this issue. He never replied again after giving him ample time.This seller is shadey.
