Haven't tested all of the fans but me one fan that I have used and it did not have the color coding so so I try to unreally low voltage so I didn't burn it up and using it for a small cooling fan for a little space I wasn't able to find a data sheet I had a hard time with that I tried looking up the model number but do not result in the information anyway it doesn't matter I got it working thank you very much

It's a good hard drive, but I wish it'd be cheaper
I use this as a backup and storage for audio production files that I work on. It's not a high performance drive nor is it really designed to be used all the time. I've used about 5 different kinds of Western Digital hard drives in the past 3 years now and have never had a problem with them. I also have a Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB drive that I've had for about 6 or so months in the same rig and it's been working beautifully as well. I gave the "value for money" two stars because anyone who has kept up with hard drive prices in the past 2 years knows that they are ridiculous. I paid $64.00 for this drive USED (but it came with a nice warranty). That's about how much they were going for new around the same time last year. You can't really complain if you're willing to pay the price ... I use this as a backup and storage for audio production files that I work on. Too Pricy for the condition and lack of warranty.
Fair piece of equipment but alas the socalled refurbished units aren't don't come ready to use [formatted] or recognizable as and ancellary HD. Means that if you have a laptop that you are going to use it as a backup storage unit you need to drag out your desktop unit to recognize and format that thing from the 'C' Drive position.
