About this product

Product Information

Back to the Future II & III continues the adventures of Marty McFly as he travels to three different time periods (1985, 1955, and 2015) to correct various changes enacted by rival Biff Tannen and his progeny. Unlike the original Back to the Future game on NES, the follow-up takes place entirely from a side-scrolling perspective and features run-and-jump action inspired by Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. A key difference is that Marty can travel back and forth between the time periods to solve puzzles. The action involves carefully avoiding an assortment of offbeat enemies, such as spiked turtles and horned fish, while collecting keys, stars, junk food, nuclear fuel, and other items needed to advance. To win the game, you'll need to unlock 30 puzzle rooms and then retrieve an item that corresponds to each room's scrambled word.

Back to the Future one two and three are very fun games to play.

  • You will laugh, and you will get angry... AGAIN. Trust me lol.

Well, if you though part one was bad, think one more time because BTTF is back for the NES, and this time parts 2 and 3!!! This game was so bad they had to include both parts 2 and 3, just like the Orange Box (but thats another story). It starts with the DeLorean (YES), and it drops off Marty. The game is about you "trying" to gather these items from different parts in time and taking them back to the DeLorean to i guess bring them back to their present time. Good luck trying to beat this game, you'll peirce your eyes out with a spoon before you beat the first level!

  • Back to the Future II & III NES- The lesser of 2 evils

Much like its maligned sibling, “Back to the Future,” this game is probably one of the worst games for the NES. You start off with more than 5 lives, but the programmers must have done this because the game would be pointless without that many to begin with. You get NO hit points… if something touches the character, you’re dead! And the game play is horrible. There are things in this game that were never in the movie! You battle creatures that strongly resemble bastardized Goombas and Koopa Troopers with spiky shells! Get this- there are even Mario-esque pipes that you go into! If you are an average NES gamer, this is not for you. However, if you’re a collector, you'll want it… but don’t run for this one. There will be plenty of them out there at a cheap price for a long time! Go ...
