Positives - the item was has described, arrived in a timely manner. Negatives - upon receiving the package the spray nasal was broken reached out to seller who offered a 5$ refund and asked me to have it repaired. Made checks and to hae it repaired was over 30 dollars so I asked for a 25$ refund they went up to 10$ than 15$ out of frustration I agreed. They than had the nerve to tell me leave them a 5 star review to get the refund of 15$
