Device was clearly listing as an entire device with screen, ect. We received the device without the display. Seller was very slow moving to respond or take any action at all. Just sent me a screenshot of the listing in response to our email. After a few days I had to open a return which all of sudden made the seller admit to the wrong doing… I don’t understand why you can’t just resolve the problem and not make it into a big game and problem and waste a bunch of time. Frustrating..

Product description unclear and truthful, photos unclear to verify the product, the seller simply writes that the phone does not turn on. See the images. It was enough to write the following Back cover is cracked quite bent. And the price paid of 183.00 + 37.30 shipping is not worth anything of what you paid. This phone should be thrown in the garbage. You don't have to be smart, but be honest and transparent when selling online on EBAY. Bad seller I do not recommend to EBAY users. And please do
