      Graphics card the fans did not spin for me so the seller accepted the return. The seller didn’t want to refund me and opened up a case against me instead. And then the seller only gave me a partial refund which I didn’t agree to and now eBay has refunded me in full. And now the seller gets a negative review of being THAT seller. ENJOY :)

      The buyer misused the return process to return a working item, so the postage charges were not refunded by eBay. The buyer was very upset by this, as is evident from this comment.
