The bag was described accurately, and good photos were provided. It was packed carefully and shipped in a timely manner. I was overcharged for shipping and requested a small refund ($3) as the bag was sent USPS Ground but I was charged for USPS Priority instead. Seller wasn’t willing to make things right, so regretfully, I can’t recommend this seller nor will I purchase from them again.

Buyer selected USPS Ground Advantage, item was sent via USPS GA. Buyer may misunderstand eBay bidding rules - buyer enters into a binding contract w/ seller when bidding on an item. Shipping fee was a fixed price, in plain sight, not a secret. Shipping also takes into account time to list, packing (which I do well), materials (recycled or otherwise), & transport. Buyer messaged me privately & said they still like the bag, which they failed to say in feedback, to there's that. SMH...
