The item arrived broken-unusable, was offered either return or keep for me to repair and a small refund-refund was £4. Not great. Breakage either due to inadequate packing or royal mail mishandling, either way, I have lost out-don't recommend this seller.

This feedback makes no sense, they were offered a FULL refund if the item was returned or if they wanted to keep it to repair the base they could have a partial refund (which was repairable with glue). The buyer agreed to a partial refund which they were HAPPY and we accepted this was the problem solved. This feedback is just beyond unfair and unjust and no idea why they've left this after there was an agreed solution to the problem. The lid of the butter dish was absolutely fine and unbroken.
