Product was shipped by FEDX (quickly) to the completely wrong address. Proof of delivery photo was of the truck's door frame bottom (nice) and box was unrecoverable. Communications began awkwardly due to no ability to contact the seller from the sales pages. A complaint to EBAY got us a refund, and a good note from the seller. A refund was made quickly, and all is good here. . . but the seller and Fed-x have a problem.
