One doesn’t expect an item to be in like new condition but it’s ok to expect that an item that isn’t wearable not be sold. This item will not lay down on the shoulders. It twist and pulls into an odd shape. I tried to work with the seller but they weren’t at all concerned with the fact they shipped out such a mess. They should refund shipping along with the cost of the item but they are refusing to do so. I even offered to split the loss if they would just refund half but they again refused.
