The item was damaged in shipping, twice. The first one I got was broken on the corner so they issued a new replacement and when it came, I opened it and it was shattered from a corner almost to the center. Communication was great and I have absolutely no complaint with this seller. They were fantastic. Shipping has become a problem all across the industry.
