Realizing the difficulty posed in shipping a liquid that had been previously opened, I was not surprised (nor upset) when the shipment arrived and had leaked some.     Great cleaning power

    Before purchasing this Sonicare toothbrush I, truly believed the plaque was permanently attached to my teeth after using a standard toothbrush twice daily my whole life. After using this brush one time I, could feel the difference & after ten uses or five day's time, the plaque build up was completely removed. Remember, to use the included recharger every other day to prevent low battery and long recharge time. I, forgot to recharge and when doing so it took almost twenty four hours to replenish battery. Compare to recharging every other day requiring ten to sixty minutes to replenish battery. When this toothbrush automatically turns off, if the battery requires recharging, the led above power switch will flash on & off notifying the user. My own user error aside I, really love this ...

    NO quadpacer 30 second interval timer!

    The description did not describe the toothbrush features. This brush has no quadpacer 30 second interval timer. Had I known this I would not have purchased this. Otherwise the brush works great.

    Fantastic deal !!

    This is a factory refurbished product. It looks and operates exactly like a new one ! I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and operation. You actually can't tell the difference from a factory new product ! There are a few different models of toothbrushes to choose from and I purchased the "middle of the road" model, the Essence. It has most of the features of the higher end models, but without all the extras I really didn't need. After all, it's a toothbrush. After using it for the first time, my mouth / teeth felt like that "just cleaned by the dentist" feeling ! I saved a ton of money and got exactly what I hoped for.....

    What I hoped for.

    I have had this model Sonicare for MANY years. I needed a new one because my old one (15-20 years old; no kidding) just stopped working. So far, so good! Will it last as long as my old one? Time will tell. This is the basic model with no fancy features; what I wanted and expected.

    Great product at a great price!

    This was a replacement for a similar brush I had had several years. My dentist advised me that it seemed not to be cleaning as well anymore. It lasted longer than I had expected. The new one is really a positive change. I can feel my teeth and gums are cleaner.
