During the shipping process (UPS) something happened that resulted in one end of the package being cut off and taped over. Everything in the package was fine except that a critical component was missing. I contacted the seller through the eBay message center and he responded immediately. The seller asked the value of the missing part, I found the cost of a replacement part, and I sent that to the seller. The seller informed me that I would receive a refund, including tax. Great customer service!
