Seller absolutely, stubbornly refused to communicate with me on the item. I bought it anyway because it was a good price. I sent several messages that went unanswered. So sad. Other than that the shipping and condition was good. The packaging poor and I was very surprised it wasn't damaged. No padding just 2 thin plastic bags.

  • Creative update of an old style.

Creative update of an old style. I bought this book to help me with a sweater kit my mother purchased for me 15 years ago. The pictures and charts in the book are much clearer than the pattern that came in the kit. In fact, I may end up using the charts for a different sweater, as I like the patterns better. Explanations for two-handed knitting are clear and easier to use than stranded knitting. Patterns for worsted or DK weight yarn make warm sweaters that knit up fast. The patterns are sized for a very roomy sweater (you could wear it as a jacket over other sweaters) so you may want to size down.
