Sadly royal mail left the parcel on my (public) doorstep and the parcel must gave been stolen. The seller was incredibly kind and also super responsive and tried to resolve the issue with royal mail.
After there was no reply they also contacted ebay.
In the end they very kindly gave me a refund although it was Royal Mail that messed up but didnt take accountability.
Will definitely be looking to purchase again in the future, very caring!
