USPS shipping was a bit slow, and product was not the item shown but still appeared new, correct size, and of equal value. Specifically item pictured was made by Bernard Hat Co, and item I received was from Sekai Industries. Both companies make gear made for military, and honestly the one received seemed better quality than the one I was issued for a deployment overseas which I was replacing. Overall VERY pleased with purchase.
