Good communication with seller, who was happy to agree a fair price & provided useful information. Everything was great. BUT... Elementary schoolboy error! Items were shipped in a padded envelope, not a box. Consequently, arrived in a damaged & battered state with more bits broken off. Not helped by postie ramming the package through the letter flap. But a box would have prevented that from happening. Items can be fixed and will be fine, but it didn't need to be like this. Please, use a box! :)
